•Perform all work as per Canadian Electrical Code, OH&S Regulations, & company policies.

•Ensure that only a qualified electrical worker works closer to an exposed energized electrical conductor than the minimum distance set out in the chart in section 6.6.3 of this manual.

•Identify all hazards (pinch points, H2S, tripping & slipping, open pits, other crews).

•Ensure proper PPE (steel toed boots, coveralls, safety glasses, hard hat, and H2S monitor).

•Lockout procedure if required.
