Minimum Required Supplies For This Type Of Injury/Incident:

•Sask. #1 first aid kit

•Facial burn dressing in case of fire

•Fire Extinguisher in case of fire

 

1.Contact Power Tech Industries Ltd. office / management and required emergency services.

2.Assess and remove / isolate any further hazards or as a last resort remove casualties from hazardous situations, (burning vehicle, roadway, etc.)

3.Attend to injuries as required.

4.Direct available manpower to:

•Secure the site from unauthorized access.

•Ensure that clear access and directions are provided to emergency response.

•Ensure crowd control.

5.Do not admit guilt for the incident, record all pertinent information from the other driver, including drivers license number and vehicle license number.

6.Complete Power Tech Industries Ltd. incident report.
