All positions / disciplines within Power Tech will have formal hazard assessments completed for the jobs and individual job task hazards.  Each hazard assessment will include the position / discipline it applies to and the hazards involved with that single job task.  Hazards will be broken down into (severity X probablility = risk factor) formula.  Formal hazard assessment's will be completed / maintained /revised by senior managers, supervisors, and workers to ensure a complete understanding of the task and the involved hazards.  All formal hazard assessments will be reviewed at minimum every 2 years, or immediately upon significant changes to the workplace, such as new processes, equipment, or following an incident.
